Shipping Policy

-We currently ship from Cairo, Egypt in Cairo only.

-Orders are typically processed within a single business day.

-Delivery times vary by location but usually fall between 3-5 business days within Egypt. (Business days are from Sunday to Thursday)

-You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and, where applicable, a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping fees will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Local Pickup

Prefer to skip delivery? Pick up your order in person at our Gate 4, Mivida location in New Cairo.

-Orders are ready for pickup the next business day, between 6:00pm and 10:00pm.

-We'll message or call you once your order is ready, and to confirm your exact pickup time.

-See the exact pickup location and map on our Contact Us page, and again at checkout.

Select "Pickup" at checkout to choose this option. No shipping fee applies.
