• Using a product contrary to its directions or warnings.
• Continued use after irritation or another adverse reaction becomes apparent.
• Delivery delays or problems caused solely by courier services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should review the ingredient list before use and avoid products containing ingredients to which they know they are allergic or sensitive.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law. The appearance of a warning does not exclude responsibility for a product that is defective or unsafe when used as directed.
